Europe 2020 goals look at social inclusion from mulple perspecves: fight against poverty, development of skills for job, promoon of diversity. Due to the economic crisis, 130.7 million European people are experiencing exclusion and poverty, and youth unem- ployment rate in the Eurozone stands at 20.9%, with peaks over 40% in some countries, like Italy. Unemployment does not relate only to the economic situa- on, but also to structural problems, such as the educa- on system which is not providing training and skills re- quired by the job market. Through the Youth Guarantee program, the European Commission intends to influence the transion from school to work and the employment services efficiency. A year from the start, yet, the problems faced are not fully solved. Posive effects on growth may come from the promoon of diversity, a recent McKinsey report state. By the way, the integraon and inclusion of foreigner people, while bringing economic benefits, poses challenges to the poli- cies of migratory flows in the EU, as experimenng these days. To achieve the social inclusion goals for youth, women and people socially disadvantaged, a strategic lever should support the creaon and development of entrepreneur- ship with high social impact.
