    Picklist Wording Changes:

    o Renamed “Transgender Male to Female” to “Trans Female (MTF or Male to Female)”

    o Renamed “Transgender Female to Male” to “Trans Male (FTM or Female to Male)”

    o Renamed “Doesn’t Identify as male, female, or transgender” to “Gender Non-Conforming (i.e. not exclusively male or female)”

    3.12 Destination

    Picklist Wording Change for the Entry/Exit Destination question:

    o Renamed “Permanent housing for formerly homeless persons (HUD)” to “Permanent Housing (other than RRH) for formerly homeless persons”

    New Picklist Option:

    o “Rental by client, with RRH or equivalent subsidy”

    3.20 Housing Move In Date

    New Question:

    o “Housing Move in Date” has been added to the system to replace the 4.17 Residential Move In date element.

    Value Mapping:

    o Values for this new question have been mapped from 4.17 Residential Move In Date using the following logic:

    o If Project Type = “PH – Permanent Supportive Housing (disability required for entry)”, “PH – Housing Only”, or “PH – Housing with Services (no disability

    required for entry)”

    ▪ Housing Move in Date = Project Start Date

    o If Project Type = “PH – Rapid Re-Housing”

    ▪ Housing Move in Date = Residential Move in Date

    NOTE: This question should be used for all Permanent Housing projects, including RRH and collected

    for Heads of Households at Occurrence Point (Update) as soon as the client moves into housing,

    regardless of the funding source or whether the project is providing rental assistance.
