Ion Exchange (IX) Demineralization • Three resins for demineralization applications: - Strong Acid Cation (SAC) in hydrogen (H+) form. - Strong Base Anion (SBA) in hydroxide (OH-) form. - Mixed Bed polishing for higher purity • Flows up to 400 GPM in a single trailer • Flows up to 400 gpm in a single trailer • Effluent Quality: - Projected < 0. 5 micromhos and < 20 ppb silica - Typical < 0.06 micromhos and < 5 ppb silica

Resin Cleaning SUEZ provides cleaning and separation services for ion exchange resins. Resin beds requiring emergency treatment use SUEZ’s MobileFlow* or MultiFlow* trailers for transport to the nearest

SUEZ Service Center. Turnaround time at the SUEZ Service Center is 24 to 72 hours, depending on quantity and type of resins received.

For water quality greater than 1 megohm-cm where large volumes of water are required, an SDI system typically includes a carbon tank followed by cation, anion and two mixed-bed tanks in series.
