Instructions for Installation and Service
Installers Please Note:
A. Hose end must be installed sufficiently lower than seat end to allow for properdrainage.
B. Inner valve assembly must be removed from sill cock before heating seat end
for solder connection to avoid burning the rubber seat washer.
The rost-proo sill cock assures no-reeze operation because the valve mechanism shutso water inside the building where it is heated. I building will be unheated or any lengtho time, then all water lines should be drained and plumbing ixtures winterized.
A plastic siding wedge is provided to compensate or lap sidinginstallations. Slip the wedge between rost-proo ange and sidingto orm an attractive fnish and solid base or mounting.
Secure sill cock ange with two #8 or #10 oval head wood screws(o proper length) or with appropriate masonry hardware.
