ETIQUETTE • We ask all of our guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their service in order to fill out any necessary paperwork and to prepare properly for their service. • Arriving past your appointment time will result in either a shortened service or a rescheduled appointment. Should the service be shortened, the guest is still responsible for payment for the entire service. • In order for full enjoyment for our guests, we ask that all cell phones are put to silent or vibrate and that calls are limited to the lobby or outside area.We also ask that you maintain a low voice in the spa area. • Children are welcome in the spa under adult supervision and are asked to keep voices at a low level.

CANCELLATION POLICYMost appointments will require a credit card to hold the reservation. We require that all appointments are cancelled by the close of business the day before in order for us to open your reserved time to our waiting list and to avoid charging the card. Gift cards are also a valid form of payment to hold the reservation.
