• When do we Swap?• All weekly Swaps are scheduled at

10:00am on the Monday following the qualifying week.

• SUPER Swap – during these days a swap will occur every day at 10:00am based on the previous day’s performance

• When are prizes awarded?• October 1

• Who decides on the prize our team gets?• YOU…your team, your manager together.

• Who do we go to if we have any questions?• See your Manager, Team Lead or see WFM

• Who is eligible?• All Sales Teams• Yes, even you CN!

• Minimum Team Ave Sale:• In order to claim prizes, Teams must have a minimum average

sale of $155.00• If a team does not meet the minimum, they still will be able to

swap, but they cannot claim any final prizes unless they reach the minimum requirement.

• Any prizes being held by a team that does not meet the requirements at the end of the incentive will be forfeited to the TOP Ranked team!

• How will we know the rankings?• Rankings will be posted via CARE Com communication, Video

Board, and on the Daily Dose site.
