Qualifying Fame orders placed during the program period will count toward 2020 EOP purchases.4. To be eligible for a rebate, a combined September Spotlight and Early Order Program rebate must

total at least $300. September Spotlight purchases that do not reach $300 and are not followed by subsequent Early Order Program purchases reaching $300 will not receive a rebate.

Program Details• To qualify, the participating end-user purchase must meet the minimum purchase requirements outlined in the program.• Qualifying Fame and Rayora ™ product(s) must be purchased through an authorized FMC agent(s) between September 1 and September 30, 2020 to receive the highest rebate amount.• RebateLock qualifies for EOP rebates on purchases made in-season. The RebateLock amount is determined by when the Rebatelock tier is achieved.• All agency products are sold on behalf of FMC. All sales are final and FMC does not accept returns.• Rebates will be based upon reported sales from the FMC authorized agent. Copies of invoices may be requested to verify actual product purchases if FMC cannot verify the purchase through electronic

data received directly from the FMC authorized distributor or agent.• Rebates will be paid no later than June 30, 2021.• Prices and terms for qualifying FMC agency products are determined by FMC. Agency products are noted with a listed price per unit.• This program applies only to qualified end-user professionals in golf, lawn care, sports turf and sod farms.• Payment terms are July 2, 2021.
