All of the adjust-ers offered by Trend are high quality H-13 tool steel which are heat treated, superfin-ished, and nitrided. Our adjusters offer a unique tip design made to work with

Trend pushrods. When two parts have to mate together it is better to design them simultaneously. Every adjuster has a rolled J-thread for maximum resis-tance to breaking. The body of the adjuster is available with through oiling, side oiling, or no oiling. The avail-able thread sizes are 3/8”-24, 7/16-20, and 10mm.

But taking action can be hard and it’s easy to find yourself in Procrastination-land. Learn to take more action with these 3 tips.

1 - Don’t overthink it. Stop over-thinking about the “right” way to do it or the “what-if’s”, and just take action. Over-thinking stops you dead in your tracks. Instead, focus on a successful outcome and get to work.

2 - Be accountable to others. If you tell a buddy you are going to do something it will be hard not to do it. This creates some friendly pressure because you will have to face up to them next time you talk.

3 - Start small. Procrastination can set in big-time if you start with your biggest task. Instead, start small and take a few minutes to clean your desk. This can put you in “take action” mode and you’re ready to tackle something bigger.
