Lifetouch Picture Day safety protocolsThursday, September 17; Friday, September 18 Sumner. Monday, September 21, Yankee HillThe following guidelines will be followed on picture day:-photographers are required to complete enhanced safety and cleaning protocol-photographers will follow new posing and social distancing requirements-electronic check-in to limit interactions and improve efficiency-photographers will have a sensitization kit to clean camera stations and equipment-photographers are required to wear face masks during the entire photo session-students will wear their mask to photo area. During their individual session they will be advised toremove their face covering to capture their image. No students will be photographed with a mask on.

Pumpkin Run - NowRegisteringSaturday, October 17This one-mile youth fun run forPre-K thru 5th graders will be held on Saturday, October 17 in the Railyard. Heats are scheduled from10:30am-12:10pm. Registration is currently $12 (until Sept. 25). We earned a 2nd place award last yearfor our number of students who ran - let's shoot for 1st place this year! More information. Race packetswill be delivered from school for those who register by October 2.

Love Others with Your Chapel

OfferingsEach month we will introduce a new "Mission of theMonth" that we will serve through our chapel offerings.This helps teach our students a great way to Love

Others in our community & world! For the month of September, we will serve Trinity Hope. They providedaily meals for children at 151 Christian schools in Haiti.

Food BankThanks to everyone who brought a non-perishable food item to donate to the FoodBank of Lincoln. Their mission is to alleviate hunger in Southeast Nebraska. A greatway to show our love for others!

Birthday Book ClubWhat is the Birthday Book Club? For $15 your child is able to pick a book of your choice from a list ofbooks to be included in our school library. Your child's name will be included on a book plate in the frontof the book. Students will also be recognized at chapel with their book selection. This is a great way tocelebrate their birthday! You will receive an email from the office during the month of your child's birthday.(Begins in September) Summer birthdays will be included as follows: June in December, July in January,and August in February.

Christ Night at Lincoln Lutheran FootballOur students and families get to celebrate Christ Lincoln Schools while we cheer onthe Warriors football team as they play Lincoln Christian at the Pius Field (6000 ASt.) tomorrow night (Friday) at 7pm. Passes for free entry for students came homeyesterday. All spectators are required to wear masks and be seated with immediatefamily members, socially distanced from others. There are dots painted 3 ft apartthroughout the bleachers. Please keep your family at least one dot away fromanother family/individual.
