• Proposal to Training and E-Learning Director for review and evaluation– Includes: target audience, suggested topics to be covered, lesson

• General agreement from committee• Work with marketing, sales, PR• Need to demonstrate market for live and online classes.

• Course developers can be paid a consulting fee

• Instructors are paid a daily fee plus all expenses

• Doesn’t have to be same person to develop as to teach.
