OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOE BOXES We will be filling shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child as we did last year. Boxes will not be available until the first part of October, but it is not too early to start gathering things for your boxes. Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan's Purse and Franklin Graham, delivers these shoe boxes all over the world to areas where they are needed. Age-appropriate gospel materials are included in each box to help the recipients understand about Jesus' love for them. Many have come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through receiving a shoe box. Please think about how many boxes you would like to fill. The suggest-ed donation per box that helps cover the cost of processing, shipping, and gospel materials has increased from $7 to $9/box. Each box should contain a toothbrush and a wash cloth, HOWEVER, WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND TOOTHPASTE OR ANY KIND OF CANDY DUE TO CUSTOM REGULATIONS.
