2014 Seoul Toastmasters Clubs MnMs Program Guideline (MnM, Mentor-and-Mentee) The purpose of MnMs program is to help the mentee to think and act independently and successfully under the guidance of the mentor through their membership! 1. Duration of the program: Jul 10, 2014, Thu ~ Dec 18, Thu, 2014 (6 month term) 2. Requirement to join the program: Maintain the paid members of Seoul Toastmasters Club 3. Mentors roles and responsibilities: Help the mentee to further manual projects in the Competent Communication manual (hereafter, shortly CC) AND the major leadership roles in the Competent Leadership manual (hereafter, shortly CL). 4. Menteegoal-setting scenario: Support the mentee to either accomplish the best- case scenario OR to achieve the average-case scenario described below. * Best-case scenario - Complete two tasks, three manual speaking projects in the CC manual AND three major leadership roles in the Competent Leadership manual such as ToastMaster, Table Topics Master, and General Evaluator . * Average-case scenario - Complete either three manual speaking projects in the CC manual OR three major leadership roles in CL manual. 5. Mentees progress reporting days: The end of each month * VP Mentorship: Monthly cumulated reports via email to both mentors and mentees * Deputy Mentorship: Display the mentees progress chart at the meeting room to the audience members and guests 6. Awards presenting date(s): Dec 18, Thu, 2014 (for most) and Jan 8, Thu, 2015 on Jun 19 (for the absentee members on Dec 18, 2014) * Mentor Certificate - The certificate will be awarded to each mentor who have participated the program during the term. * Mentee Award Certificate and Prize - Both certificate and prize will be awarded to the mentee who has completed the best-case scenario or the average-case scenario mentioned above (Refer no. 4). - Prize for the best-case scenario achiever, two coupons of free meeting venue - Prize for the average-case scenario achiever, one coupon of free meeting venue - VP Mentorship team will present the mentor certificates to the mentors. - Recommend that the mentor present to his or her mentee both the mentee award certificate and prize. 7. Any member can start his/her mentoring relationship at the point both mentor and mentee are matched up by VP Mentorship team anytime in between the term.

(MnM, Mentor-and-Mentee)

The purpose of MnM’s program is to help the mentee to think and act independently and successfully under the guidance of the mentor through their membership!
