After 5 years, the consumer chooses whether they wanttheir unit to be redeemed for its original purchase priceat the end of the 12 year membership.*

The purchase price protection is not transferable and inthe event of early sale, assignment or creditor action,the Buy-back warranty will pay an amount equal to 10%of the purchase price protection throughout the 12 yearperiod.

How it works

The Developer loads the warranty cost of 35% intothe purchase price.

Members who wish to redeem their unit at the endof the 12th year must advise Sentinel AG InsuranceLimited in writing in the 5th year of membership.Limited in writing in the 5 year of membership.

These Members will receive the original purchaseprice of their unit after the 12th year ofmembership.

Members who choose to keep their unit receive10% of the original purchase price as a stay putbonus.

This option is available the day after themembership fee is paid by the developer.

Securities

Sentinel is an unrated Barbados insurance company

which is 100% re-insured by counter party investments in CIBC

issued 12 year notes. The capital KCCI is managing for Sentinel's firm

will be invested for a period of twelve years into a locked investment

vehicle returning 100% on the investment. The capital will be invested

across two investment strategies. The first investment will utilize 75%

of the invested capital and be placed into a guaranteed note provided

by one of our major banking partners. The remaining 25% of

Sentinel's invested capital will be placed into the KCCI Global

Opportunity Fund for the benefit of Sentinel AG Insurance Limited.

Together, these two strategies will provide the guaranteed return of

100% over the twelve year investment period on Sentinel's capital.
