• Pronoun Reference – Lack of clarity for a pronoun: he, she, it, them, they, that, which.

• Requires rewriting and for YOU to make a decision on meaning.• Many of you said “they” in your article report. Sometimes you meant the

articles; sometimes you meant an animal, a person, or the subject you were writing about. This created confusion as to who “they” referred.
