I chose to make a

cookbook as my SeniorProject because I wantto make old Italianrecipes come to life.

Introduction

I Researched Three Main Topics

history of Italy-there are many differences between house hold and regions, the concept of

Italian food would’t exist unless there were many similarities

Italian families-past down from generation, and secrets, seeds and recipes

the food they eat-traditions carnival,Easter, Christmas

Research

Stuff Shells

1 Box of barilla jumbo shells

2 Pounds of whole milk Ricotta cheese

16 oz whole milk mozzarella cheese

(shredded)

½ grated cheese

½ teaspoon black pepper

3 jumbo eggs

½ teaspoon of garlic powder

1 Tablespoon of salt

¼ cup of chopped fresh parsley.

Marinara Sauce

1 can of crush tomato 16 oz.

¼ olive oil

¼ canola oil

3 cloves of garlic

Sauté’ garlic and oil

2 16 once cans of tomato sauce

2 8 once cans of tomato paste

1 table spoon of garlic powder

1 table spoon oregano leaves

Fresh basil 4 to five leave

Fresh parsley

1 teaspoon of crush red peppers

Salt and pepper to your liking

install on your computer to create books

pacifically for the Ibooks store.
