Crooked Creek Plantation is a 276 acre tract of land which consists of 192 acres of 23 year-old pines and 4000 feet of creek frontage. Plumb Creek Timber Company, the client, owns this property. Prior to ownership, the property was used as farmland. The client wishes to increase the resale value of the property by demonstrating to potential buyers how this tract of land can be maximally used as hunting grounds. The project which follows is the culmination of ideas, analyses, and numerous meetings with the client to provide, in short, a tract of land so that hunters and outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy.
