Giving Policy: Spending of church funds is determined by the Church Board, guided by the annual budget. Gifts which are designated toward approved projects or programs will be spent as designated, with the understanding that when the need has been met, or the program/project cannot be completed for any reason as determined by the Board, the remaining designated funds will be used where most needed. Gifts designated toward non-approved projects/programs will be spent as deter-mined by the Church Board. Also, it is our normal practice that 14% of all donations will be given to the district, educa-tional or global interests of the Church of the Nazarene. Camp Harmattan Day Camp (information NOT just for kids!) : Calling all Southside kids! Day Camp registration is open and we would love to take as many of you as possible down for the day! We are looking at Wednesday 29th July. If you are interested in attending please let Pastor Jen know. If you are willing to help car pool, please let Pastor Jen know. If you know of access to a reliable mini bus PLEASE let Pastor Jen know :) We would love to take as many kids as possible down for the day! (If there is a big interest in a day camp we MIGHT be able to go down another day earlier in the month, depending on drivers and interest). Micro Family Camp: The Micro Family Camp on the 26-28th July (ten family max and currently you must have your own bathroom facilities in order to camp) Camp Harmattan is very exited to provide a Camp Adventure for Families! These two-day programs combine the resting, relaxing, and lounging of casual camping with family-focused worship experiences, a family adventure, activities and a miniguide to help families make the most of what the campground has to offer. These Micro Family Adventures might be exactly what you and your family are longing to have: a time together with God in creation – facilitated by our staff who are so excited to see you family laugh together, play together, grow closer together and discover God together. This is available for individual adults, couples and families. Casual Camping at Harmattan July 2020! If you don't have kids, or don't want to register for the specific day events we would still love to have you join us this last week of July for casual camping on the family side. We can sit around a bonfire, laze about in the river and have a relaxing time of fellowship. (Unfortunately with Alberta regulations the washroom/shower facilities on the Family Side WILL NOT be open for casual camping this summer). Pastor Jonny and Jen will be camping the whole week (26-31st July) and would love to have their Southside family

We are starting a smaller gathering for watching the service on Sunday mornings. If you are in need of some safe, but important face to face time with others, please consider coming. Bring a mask if you want. We are able to have up to 50 people.
