What You Will Be Doing Working with Subject Matter Experts and Content Development professionals on the scripting of course content Collaborating with Project Managers on schedules, budgets, and deadlines (project team meetings, updating schedules, and so on) Demonstrating the ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy Liaising with Clients, taking time to understand their needs and develop Client relationships through effective communication and personal skills Contributing to the ongoing improvement of instructional design and technical writing within PulseLearning by providing mentoring skills to junior Instructional Designers Promoting and practicing company values in the leadership of staff and in the nurturing of a creative, innovative, and enjoyable work environment Researching, designing, and developing relevant, engaging, effective, and highly creative learning solutions Designing and developing innovative learning solutions that incorporate instructional design best practices and push the boundaries of available technologies to deliver the best possible solution in line with Client needs and budgets Designing and developing learning solutions for a broad spectrum of industries and sectors, including those subject to regulatory compliance Designing and developing learning solutions for varying delivery requirements—eLearning, blended learning, game-based learning, instructor-led training, performance support tools, and so on Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts in the scripting of course content Leveraging the capabilities of Articulate Storyline Required Experience and Skills A Master's or Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience in instructional design, instructional technology, technical writing, business education, or a related field Minimum of five years' experience as a Senior or Lead Instructional Designer, implementing learning and development initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
