CALL TO WORSHIP based on Psalm 25 Leader Let us reach out with heart and soul to the Lord.
All O Lord, our God, in you we place our trust. Leader Let us ask the Lord to lead us. All Help us O Lord to find the paths we should
take. Leader Lead us in Your truth O God. All And we shall rejoice in your love and
goodness forever! Amen! OPENING PRAYER O God, we trust totally in You as we trust in no other. You
are the creator of all things, and our life depends on You
moment by moment. You give us breath and we respond
with songs of praise and hymns of adoration. You give us
truth, and we teach others Your word and try to model Your
ways. You give us eternal life, and we share the gospel of
Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, with all who will listen.
You fill us with Your Holy Spirit, and we love others as You
have loved us. You call us Your friends, and we seek to
be friends with the friendless. In all things we completely
depend upon You and do not rest secure in our own
strength or wisdom. Draw us closer to You and enable us to
live more faithfully as followers of our Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ Amen.

SENDING
A LITANY FOR OUR JOURNEY Jesus invites us to a way of celebration, meeting and feasting with the humble and poor. Let us walk his way with joy. Jesus beckons us to a way of risk, letting go of our security. Let us walk his way with joy. Jesus challenges us to listen to the voices of those who have nothing to lose. Let us walk his way with joy. Jesus points us to a way of self-giving, where power and status are overturned. Let us walk his way with joy. Jesus calls us to follow the way of the cross, where despair is transformed by the promise of new life. Let us walk his way with joy. ~ Written by Rex A.E. Hunt

THE LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
