Day 3: Wednesday Amalfi Drive Today you will visit of one of the most intriguing coastlines in theworld. After breakfast you will be taken on a driving tour of theAmalfi Coast. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a uniquecoastline with narrow winding roads climbing and descending

through picturesque towns and villages of houses all huddlingtogether with breathtaking views of the sea. The Amalfi Coast isalso famous for its beautiful flowers, lemon and olive trees, secludedbeaches, exclusive villas and medieval watch towers. Your farewelldinner will be served in a panoramic restaurant on the hills ofSorrento. Overnight in Amalfi.

Adequate insurancecoverage for luggage and personal is also encouraged.

PRICES:Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated and arebased on the costs and exchange rates in effect at the time of payment.VICTOURS reserves the right to increase its prices in order to protectagainst unplanned cost increases or for any reason at its discretionwithout notice. No price increases are permitted after the customerhas paid in full. However, if after deposit has been paid and the totalprice of the travel services has increased, should the cumulativeincrease be more than 7 percent, the customer has the right to cancelthe contract and obtain a full refund; (except any increase resultingfrom higher retail sales tax or federal goods and services tax). In thiscase our liability will be limited to the refund of the monies paid. Ourprices do not include any items other than those specified and excludesuch items as air transportation, expenses of personal nature, airporttaxes, tips and gratuities, local municipal taxes.

UNUSED SERVICES: There will be no refund for unused services or hotel nights.Documentation: Passengers should be in possession of a validpassport and must ensure that they comply with applicable visarequirements. It is the responsibility of each person to advise theirtravel agent of their citizenship/nationality of all members of thetravelling party to ensure the agent provides correctdocumentation requirements. Obtaining passport and visas areat the traveller’s expense. VICTOURS cannot assumeresponsibility for the client’s inability to travel due to incorrectdocumentation.Every effort has been made to describe as accurately as possiblethe travel services being purchased. The traveler has to be awarethat each country or region has particular features (such as food,water, weather, customs etc.) that may not appeal. There aremany different living standards, practices and conditions at thedestination compared with what the traveler is used to. Bypurchasing these travel services the client is presumed to have

made all the necessary inquiries in this regards.

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY:VICTOURS makes arrangements with suppliers who providetravel services such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, buses,sightseeing, train, car rental or other activities included in ourtours. Although we try our very best to choose the most reputablesuppliers we cannot be responsible for their acts and omissions.VICTOURS acts only in an agent’s capacity for passengers in allmatters relating to goods and services rendered and as such, wehold ourselves free of responsibility for any delay, loss of property,injury, death, damage, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset,distress or frustration whether physical or mental, resulting fromany of the following:

Any wrongful or negligent act or omission on the part of anytravel supplier outlined in our vouchers or their personnel or anycompany or person not under the direct control of VictoursInternational. Sickness, theft, labour disputes, machinerybreakdown, quarantine, war, government restraints, weather,closed roads or accesses, or any other cause beyond our directcontrol. Failure on passenger’s part to obtain the necessarydocumentation by the time of travel in which case VICTOURScannot refund any monies paid. Failure to arrive at the airport ontime on the day of departure or not to be on time for the variousconvocations during the trip, for any reason. Unauthorizedstatements of acts of misinterpretations made by any travel agencyof its employees relating to the standards, quality, services andinclusions of the vacation programs purchased.

VICTOURS reserves the right to modify the itinerary or thecarriers, substitute accommodation whenever necessary or cancelthe trip completely. In such an event it will not be liable for claims,damages or losses beyond the refund of costs. In the even ofcancellation of the trip by VICTOURS the full refund of moniespaid will represent the final settlement with the passenger. If amodification in the itinerary results in a saving, a refund wouldbe made. Conversely if the modification should entail additionalexpenses, such expenses would be borne by the passenger.VICTOURS reserves the right to decline to accept or retain anyperson as a tour member whose presence may impede theoperation of the tour or the rights of enjoyment of the otherpassengers. Under such circumstances, unused land services onlywill be refunded. VICTOURS, the travel agent and carriers acceptno responsibility for loss of tickets, coupons or any traveldocuments. Written notice of any claims against VICTOURSmust be received no later than fourteen (14) days after return fromthe trip. No representatives of VICTOURS or the suppliers areauthorized to modify or cancel any of the above. Please read allinformation on this page carefully.
