The Timna is a ruggedized SWS designed for the modernbattle field and optimized for urban warfare.Designed with the sniper in mind, the system utilizes anadvance stabilized barrel for accuracy.The semi auto design with a 20 round magazine allows fastfollow up shots, quick transition between multipletargets/snap targets and enables close combat for personalprotection.The system is equipped with 8 QD Picatinny mounting railsfor optics, electro optics and ancillaries.The Timna comes with a superior muzzle brake and anoptional QD suppressor.

BarrelHeavier than that of a standard TIMNA rifle, the barrel enhances MPI stability and shot grouping.

Muzzle Brake / Climb CompensatorIn addition to its flash concealing function, this component reduces recoil and climb when firing by 30% enabling the sniper to view impact through the telescope and immediately fire an additional round if necessary.

Trigger MechanismPull 1.7 to 2.5 kg.

Right Safety LeverCan be switched from Safe to Fire by pushing forward with the thumb, without leaving the pistol grip.

Telescope MountThe telescope mount is a reliable mounting system that retains zero after disassembly and assembly.The mount incorporates a Picatinny rail to enable use of any telescope desired.

BipodThe bipod legs can be individually adjusted for height.

StockThe stock can be folded, reducing rifle length to 860 mm (see Fig). This feature enables carrying the rifle in confined space such as an APC or a helicopter and when approaching a

difficult firing position.The folding mechanism is extremely sturdy: ensuring riflestability when the stock is extended.
