if manual voting is used, each Member may only vote once if electronic voting, votes may be changed up to close of vote secret ballots not necessary in general

secret ballot must be used for election of a TB official if more than one candidate

voting on TB officials is required to be confidential if voting takes place in a meeting, only the final result appears in the

meeting report If voting is by correspondence, only the final result is disseminated

Weighted Individual Voting sent to all on TB’s membership list

Each Full Member and Associate Member on list has one vote if manual voting is used, each Member may only vote once if electronic voting, votes may be changed up to close of vote

minimum 30 days to vote no quorum stipulated vote splitting is not permitted result sent to all on list within 15 days

In General Assembly: proxy voting permitted quorum of 50% of weighted votes

Otherwise: no quorum specified

Vote splitting in general, vote splitting is not permitted

• because each Member has only one vote, which is weighted• the only exception is for the election of Board members

• Each ETSI Member (Full, Assoc) may use as many votes as its individual weight• And may split those votes on as many candidates as it has votes• (see Annex 7 of the Rules of Procedure)

if result is then positive: standard is adopted for the EU & EFTA and all other countries who
