9. Foundation: The foundation for all main walls will be in cement concrete 1:5:10 mix, of size 1500 x 1500 mm and R.C.C sloped footing of size 150 mm at free end and 450 mm at column face laid at 2000 mm below ground level.

10. Basement: The basement will be in B.W in cement mortar 1:5, 230mm width and 450 mm thick above plinth beam and plinth beam of size 230 mm x 375 mm, 75 mm below natural ground level. Connecting all columns.

11. Super structure: All main walls will be in brick work in cement mortar 1:5 using country bricks, 230 mm thick. The height of all main walls will be 3500 mm above floor level. The partition walls in W.C, and bath will be 115 mm thick in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using country bricks and carried up to a height of 3500 mm. All the walls including basement will be plastered with smooth cement mortar 1:4 externally and 1:5 internally for 12.5 mm thick. Parapet walls 115 mm thick and 450 mm height will be provided all-around.

12. Roofing: The roofing will be of R.C.C 1:2:4 mix, 115 mm thick flat slab over all the rooms. A weathering course of 75 mm thick, with linear brick jolly concrete other which a flat clay flat tiles set in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with crude oil will be provided over the slab.

13. Doors, windows etc: D – Glazed door 1800 x 2100 D1 – Glazed door 1500 x 2100 D2 – Partly door 1500 x 2100 D3 – Flush door 1500 x 2100 W– Glazed window 1500 x 1200 V – ventilator glazed 600 x 900
