laser focus on my work?

In order to explore the answer you must aska better question. And that is:

Why are you allowingyourself to be distracted? We can avoid interruptionsand distractions if we want to. No one isforcing you to check your smart phone every3 minutes. No one is making you checkyour e-mails every 15 minutes—You arechoosing to do that—So, why do you allowthis behavior to continue?

I used to blame everybody else:family, neighbors, bills, obligations, thegovernment, you name it… until I took 100%

responsibility for my choices and found outthe revealing truth:

I WAS my worst enemy. I WAS the cause ofmy continual interruptions. I chose to live anADD lifestyle. It was self-induced ADD.

And, my self-induced ADD opened the doortoward painful days of procrastination andreduced productivity.

Here’s the thing: demands for yourattention are endless, but your attention isLIMITED—everyone out there is fishing foryour attention—It’s one of the foundationalpillars of advertisement “grab the attentionfirst”. You should be aware by now. So, tosucceed in business and anything else in life, you have to keep focused on your GOALS.

Every time you allow interruptionsto sidetrack you are choosing to bedistracted—you are strengthening thesickness:self-inducing ADD.

I’m not talking about family emergencieshere. I’m talking about checking Facebookand Twitter every 5 minutes. I’m talkingabout the social media addiction (one of ourmany addictions).

4 Steps to Overcome Self-Induced ADDTo start curing the illness, here is what Isuggest:

1. Think about the goal you want toaccomplish and write down.

2. Make a daily list with the steps requiredto accomplish your goal.

3. Focus in doing every step on that dailylist until you finish.

4. Be relentless with distractions!Eliminate social media—kill the

phone, texting, email—get rid of allinterruptions (only leave room forfamily emergencies).

Why am I pushing the need for a daily list oftasks? Because a list of steps will help you tolaser focus your attention.

If you start doing this you’ll greatly reduceADD. It won’t completely disappear, but itwon’t be self-induced all the time.

Want to achieve your business and financialgoals faster? Stop expanding your self-induced ADD and become a goals/tasksoriented person.

It’s your choice. Do it today!
