depressed, lonely, sad, ugly, tired,
mopey, unwanted, out of it, bored,
frustrated, etc…

So to feel better, we go find our pot of:

food, drugs, TV, alcohol, cutting,
shopping, caffeine, sugar, cigarettes, sex, risky behavior, etc…

friends, support, new skills, conversation,
