out of mediocrity which translated, the mess I am in.

It is simply feeling good in your own skin. It is what motivates another person. Affirm them.

Shine brightly

What do negative people do to you? Is being positive contagious? One of my best friends from college said very

simply, yet profoundly, it’s going to be okay Create a firestorm of excitement

Be the most positive person in the room

Have someone join you on the journey. Do it together. Take a once a week coffee break. Mold someone. Allow

them to mold you.

Stand strong with someone else

Embrace that place. Make it better. There will be hard times. Be attentive to where you are right now. Take an

inventory.

Be attentive to all that is around you and rejoice in it.
