Looking for 4th Grade Parents to help with 5th Grade Graduation Ceremony It's a Garden Hills tradition that 4th Grade parents put on the 5th Grade Graduation! We are looking for 4-5 parents to help stage the event. Responsibilities include: Setting up ta-bles, flowers, photo op area and decor for event; purchasing lemonade and cookies, and a "take away" like small bubbles; and arranging for a group of 4th Graders to be ambassadors, offering directions to Gym and distributing programs. We have pictures and notes of best practices from past graduations to help make the task super-easy! Please contact Kirsten Neufeld at Rneufeld@bellsouth.net if you would like to help. Time requirement: approx. 2 hours. There is a budget, and you will be reimbursed for purchases. Our Lost & Found is Overflowing!! Parents, please come in and check for any lost belongings! Necesitamos padres de 4 ˚ grado que ayuden en la Ceremonia de Graduación de 5 grado. Es una tradición de Garden Hills que los padres de 4to Grado presentaron en la Graduación de 5to Grado! Estamos buscando 4-5 padres para ayudar a organizar el evento. Las responsabilidades incluyen: Configuración de mesas, flores, área de fotografía y decoración para el evento; comprando limonada y galletas, y un "take away" como pequeñas burbujas; y organizar un grupo de estudiantes de 4to grado para ser embajadores, ofreciendo indica-ciones para el gimnasio y la distribución de programas. ¡Tenemos fotos y notas de las mejores prácticas de graduaciones anteriores para ayudar a que la tarea sea súper fácil!
