• Italian National Institute of Statistics said that Italian Consumer Confidence rose to 101.7, from 97.7 in the preceding month whose figure was
revised up from 97.5 . Analysts had expected Italian Consumer Confidence to rise 98.4 last month.
• Italian Retail Sales remained unchanged at 0.0%, from -0.3% in the preceding month. Analysts had expected Italian Retail Sales to rise 0.4% last
month.

• SREI Infrastructure Mgt guideline : SREI Infrastructure says it will take time to rollout the white label ATM machines. There are various
operational issues in rural areas . Apart from this, there have been reports that the Tata Group is mulling to exit Viom and is seeking to raise Rs
8,000-10,000 crore . Viom is a joint venture between Srei Infra and Tata Teleservices (TTSL). TTSL holds 54 percent stake in the JV, while Srei holds
18%.

• Bank of India Mgt Guideline : Bank expect to lower the gross and net NPAs (non-performing assets) in the coming quarter . Bank has already
sold bad assets worth Rs 2,000 crore during the quarter and is looking to sell more such loans to asset reconstruction companies in the fourth
quarter. The bank has seen the bulk of credit growth coming from the priority sectors, with corporates contributing only around 11-12 percent.
Bank is expecting 23-25 percent credit growth in FY14, however is not looking at riskier assets to explore credit growth yet. Bank will be able to
grow 18-20 percent in the coming years.
• Gfk said that its index of Germany’s consumer climate remained unchanged at 8.5, from 8.5 in the preceding month. Analysts had expected Gfk
consumer climate to remain unchanged at 8.5 last month.
• Wheels India Mgt Guideline : The main aim of the company was to reduce debt and to bring down the debt/equity ratio to 1:1. The company
raised Rs 86.51 crore via the rights issue. Mgt expects to see growth in FY15 after almost two years of degrowth. The company’s FY14 topline has
slumped 6.5 percent due to sluggish growth in the commercial vehicle segment. However, Mgt believes that the CV industry has bottomed out.
• Suven Life secures (2) Product Patents for their NCEs in USA . The patents, valid till 2029 and 2030, are corresponding to the new chemical
entities (NCEs) for the treatment of disorders associated with neurodegenerative diseases.
• Sintex Industries has decided to disinvest its entire equity stake in Zep Infratech, the wholly owned subsidiary of the company to Khadayata
Decor.
• Hon’ble High Courts of Gujarat and New Delhi have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Holcim India Private Limited with Ambuja
Cement. The orders are available on the website of the relevant High Courts. The Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat while sanctioning the Scheme of
Amalgamation has also approved the reduction of capital of the Company as envisaged in the Scheme.
• Tech Mahindra announced the launch of Managed data Service (MDS), a fully managed end-to-end reference data management Business
Process as a Service (BpaaS) solution for the financial services industry in North America. This solution already witnessed a significant traction in
European markets.
• Zicom Electronic Security Systems has sold off its entire shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary 2020 Imaging India Limited at a lumpsum
price of USD 60,000 (approx INR 36,75,000/-).
