Inter-Chapter Communication• Encourage Regional Level activities– NE has done regional Conferences and events– Other Regional Items in the works• Ideal world would have sufficient chapters to require the

Regional System operating

• Help to build like events through communication that can enhance the SEDS mafia aspect

Minimize Chapter Losses• Linearize communications between nationals– Simplify forms, what should be done when, etc

• Maintain better communications with Chapters– I will be calling each chapter over the break to see

what their doing, where they can use help, where their strong, etc

– Make SEDS-USA something chapters want to be a part of

Build Leadership• Make the CoC an effective tool of the

organization– Use of Committees to build involvement– Use committees to help dept. where applicable• For special projects, committees can be formed to help,

possibly required for each chapter to be on a Committee?

Membership system• How to track members• Why?– Alumni– Graduates (i.e. Free NSS membership)– Enhance organizational power

student requirement.– Build a system for reporting membership to National– Make this system easy and workable– Give a benefit and reason to be part of this system

all the time

equal benefits for lone starters– Enhances expansion, acts as a small revenue stream, and grows

organizational power
