Neighbors Asking EMAN & Devon Village to Help Beautify Our Neighborhood, Which Includes Devon Village

Will there be a Devon Village Homeowners Association? Will they will be responsible for future wall maintenance? Will they have adequate funding to repair/maintain the Wall? Devon Village recently installed 138 feet of nice block wall in a few days for part of Front Wall Why not Repair the rest of the Front Wall? Many Beautification / Repair Options
