Did you know that around 70% of intruders breaking into single-family homes gain access via windows and terrace doors?

Even when tilted or closed, standard windows and French doors do not present any real obstacle. They can be pried open with a common screwdriver in just a few seconds.

Through the use of mechatronics, ABUS has created the world’s only combination of mechanical locks and an intelligent alarm system. The additional window and door locks bring together mechanical protection and electronic detection.

Steel bolts and reliable alarms to combat opening attempts: The solid, interconnected steel bolts counteract attempts to prise open window and door frames with up to 1 tonne of pressure resistance, while the sensitive detectors identify any attempt to force open windows and doors, alerting the Secvest alarm panel.

Lock monitoring: The Secvest can be armed only if all windows and doors are closed. The status display on the alarm panel shows which windows and doors are open or closed. This mini-mises the risk of false alarms.

The Secvest alarm panel communicates via a particularly secure bidirectional wireless system. The advantage: the alarm panel receives a status message from each detector every four minutes.

The Secvest can be operated in a number of ways. Choose the option that suits you best: arm and disarm it via the app on your mobile phone, by remote control, pushing a button, PIN code, chip key, turning the key on the wireless cylinder, an additional lock or, for the traditionalist, by telephone.

Immediate feedback is always provided by the system in the form of an acoustic or optical signal. This allows you to identify the status of the system at any time, minimising the risk of a false alarm.

Mobile control via app

You can use the Secvest app to easily arm and disarm the alarm panel – any time, any place. You can also use it to control other functions, such as lights. Alongside the display of events such as intrusion, fire, emergency etc., you can also access the live stream of the integrated cameras from any-where in the world. The app is available for iOS and Android.

Operation directly on the alarm panel

Voice-enabled menu guidance makes the Secvest even easier to use. The LCD display allows you to check at any time whether all zones are closed. You can also arm and disarm the entire system directly on the alarm panel using a PIN code or chip key. What's more, you can trigger an immediate alarm using the emergency button combination.

Contact-free operation

You can practically arm and disarm the Secvest just by walking by: simply hold the chip key to the wireless control panel to easily switch the system status. This is ideal for commercial enterprises, children and elderly people because there is no chance of forgetting the PIN code.

Arming and disarming the Secvest is as simple as the touch of a button. The feedback from the alarm panel and the current system status are displayed via integrated LEDs. The wireless remote control does more than just control – it provides you with all important information about the status of the entire system.

Locking and monitoring in one

Turning the Secvest key locks your house door while simultaneously arming your wireless alarm system, including all detectors. Unlocking the door automatically disarms the alarm panel again. Security

The special duplex antenna technology uses two antennas on the receiver to reduce the effect of interference during wireless transmission. This technology almost completely eliminates the chance of areas with no wireless reception.
