Auburn Lake Company (ALC) owns all rights to the Legacy Lake project

Legacy Lake will be a 3000 acre recreational reserv.oir. The EB-5 investors' capital will be used by the ALC in the creation of sellable shoreline residential lots.

ALC is currently a duly formed and validly existing Nebraska "C" Corporation. The ownership of ALC is divided between President Bryan Mellage and Randy Bennett Upon the approval of NuNebraska RC, LLC to operate as a Regional Center the ALC-will file to change it company status from a "C" corporation to aLLC.

0 ALC will also create two Limited Partnership Companies (LPC).

ALC has plans to make their capital offering to both foreign and domestic investors. The foreign investment offering will be different than the domestic offe~ing. The foreign investment offering will include the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission's "S" exemption, disclosures of EB-5 risk statements and different exit strategies thatwill not be included in the domestic offering. Because of the .two different capital offerings ALC will have two LPC's.
