The SECURIX receiver is an ISDN multi-protocol alarm receiver, able to process events sent by transmitters.

ISDN ADVANTAgESAn single ISDN PRI connection offers 30 decoding channels for transmitters. • With DID, the decoder channels allocation is fully

dynamic : if three protocols are assigned on three DID, it is possible to receive simultaneously ten calls using A protocol, ten calls using B protocol and ten calls using C protocol. Then, minutes later, five calls using A protocol, five calls using B protocol and twenty calls using C protocol. This allow managers to adapt quickly to changes in protocol distribution in monitoring rooms.

• Reduce the cost of ownership : a single PRI ISDN link replace at least 40 PSTN lines, given the dynamic allocation of protocols.

• Caller ID identification • Line Securization : use ISDN PRI «mirror mode» on

two receivers ; in case of a receiver hardware fault, the events are automatically redirected to the running receiver by the phone provider. This mode also provide load balancing between receivers.

CTI INTEgRATIONOn transmitter or customer voice incoming calls, the receiver transmits the event to the AMS, with the caller ID and called DID informations. The AMS is able to open the customer record and display it to operator if caller ID is present. The operator is able to instruct the receiver to commute the call to his phone by giving an order to the PBX. The operator

is then able to send commands like speak, listen, start full-duplex audio to the receiver.The operator is also able to dial a phone number using the receiver. The call is recorded and an event is sent to AMS when the operator hangup.All audios are recorded and stored on the receiver RAID 1 disks. Optionnaly, they can be transfered on a NAS server. Replaying the audio use the same PBX integration by calling the operator phone to stream the replay.

INTERACTIVE VOICE SERVERThe receiver integrates a voice server, which use the LUA script language. Scripts can be executed on incoming call on a given DID (for example, to monitor customers installations or provide automatic alarm cancelling facility to the customer), triggered by a remote command issued by an operator station or even by the AMS supervisor (for alert services or automatic alarm management).

CUSTOMER CALL-bACkCalling customers to process an alarm is a though challenge for an operator, given the number of phones each customer owns today. The Securix receiver helps the operator by automatically finding a contact by calling a given list. When the receiver finds a contact, it will send an event to AMS and the operator will be able to pick up an established call. The process is fully parametrizable, thanks to the script language.
