Our password intelligent safe is designed specifically for the hotel and family use. It is with

reasonable design, good configuration and high security function to prevent burglar. The safe

body uses the high strength and high quality steel plate ramming to take shape, with the numeral

tube and LCD display for choosing, full closed and streamlined design.

Due to the constant renewal of products, the company can not undertake the actual product in

consistence with the information in the document, also any dispute caused by the difference

between the actual technical parameters and the information in this document. Please forgive

any change without notice.

Unlock the safe with mechanical key and install the battery

1. Take off the decorated cover of mechanical key (use special hook), insert mechanical key.

2. Turn 90° clockwise, the door opened; turn 90° anticlockwise of the mechanical key and pull out the

mechanical key.

3. Use the hexangular key to open the cover of the battery box.

4. Install four AA alkaline batteries.

5. Close the safe door and press it, input the password, then press ‘#’ the door will lock automatically.

Open the safe door

1. Use guest password to open the door (Daily use). The guest password is “888888”. Input the

password, press “#”, display “Opened” , the door will open automatically.

2. Use master password to open the door (Use the master password when forget the guest password).

The master password is “123456781234”. Input the master password, press “#” , display “PASS 1-9”,

10 minutes later, the door will open automatically.

Note: If enter wrong password by mistake, press “*” to delete the number. In case of wrong password

the buzzer will give alarm. For the first wrong password, it will display “EEE1” ; for the second

wrong password, it will display “EEE2” ; for the third wrong password, it will display “EEE3” . After

3 times continuous wrong password, the keypad will be locked for 3 minutes. During this time if you

press the key, it will display “EEEEEE”. Press “*” before you enter password, it will display “P”, in

this way the password you input will be hidden and display “—” instead of the real password.

Modify password

1. Modify guest password – In unlocking state, close the door and press the door, input 1 to 9 digits as

your password, press “#” the safe is locked, and display “CLOSED”, at the same time modify the

Guest Password successfully.

2. Modify Master Password – When modify Master Password, the lock should be in locking state. Input

the old Master Password, press “#” display. “PASS1~9” (This means that you have 10 seconds to

consider whether to modify the password.) If you want to modify the master password, press “*”

during the display “PASS1~9”, then display “CODE”, enter your new Master Password (it must be

12 digitals), display “GOOD”, modify the Master Password successfully.

If enter the correct master password, press “#” then display “PASS 1-9”, do not modify the password,

it will open the safe door.

Lock the Safe

Close the safe door, use the hand to press it, enter the guest password, press “#”, it will display

“CLOSED”, the door is locked.

Note: When the latch of the safe is blocked, the latch will withdraw automatically, and the buzzer

will give alarm, restart the operation would be ok.

Install

1. Install on the concrete – Drill the hole on the wall according to the install picture, the diameter of the

hole is 10mm

Insert the sleeve into the hole of the wall; use the sleeve to fix the safe.

2. Install on the wood material – Drill the hole on the wood desk according to the install picture. Use

hexangular screw to fix the safe.

Common problem

1. Forget the Guest Password Management: Input the right master password, press “#”, it will display

“PASS 1-9”, after 10 seconds the door will open automatically.

2. Forget the Master Password Management: Use the mechanical key to open the door firstly and then

revolve the key to lock the door. Open the cover behind the door, press the “Reset” button on the

Circuit board, display “YES”, Press “#”, display “CLEAR”, the Guest Password and the Master

Password is restored to the initialization, the Guest Password is “888888”, the Master Password is

“123456781234”, and then modify the Master Password again.

3. Display “LO-BAT” and the buzzer give alarm: Means battery is low, change the batteries.

4. The latch of the safe withdraws automatically when locking the door:

a. The door doesn’t close completely. Close the door again, press it and enter the guest password,

press “#”, the door will lock.

b. The latch cannot touch the lock switch well. Take off the rear cover of the door, adjust the

location of the lock switch (adjust the angle of the spring)

c. The lock switch is broken or the switch line cannot work well. Take off the rear cover of the

door, change the switch or the line of the switch.

Maintenance

We suggest using the AA alkaline batteries. Take off the batteries if stop to use the safe for a long

time. When cannot use the password to open the door, use the mechanical key. When the safe cannot

work well, contact us for help.
