1.3. Las subvenciones y cuotas internacionales aser otorgadas durante el Ano Fiscal 2017 por los pliegospresupuestarios estan contenidas en los anexos: "A:Subvenciones para Personas Juridicas - Ano Fiscal2017" y "B: Cuotas Internacionales - Ano Fiscal 2017"de la presente Ley. Durante el Ano Fiscal 2017, previaevaluation y priorizacion por el Ministerio de RelacionesExteriores, se puede modificar el Anexo B, mediantedecreto supremo refrendado por el ministro de RelacionesExteriores, lo que no comprende la inclusion de cuotasadicionales a las contempladas en dicho anexo. Lascuotas internacionales no contempladas en el Anexo B dela presente Ley se sujetan a lo establecido en el articulo67 de la Ley 28411, Ley General del Sistema Nacional dePresupuesto.

Articulo 2. Recursos que financian el Presupuestodel Sector Publico para el Ano Fiscal 2017

Los recursos que financian el Presupuesto del SectorPublico para el Ano Fiscal 2017 se estiman por fuentes definanciamiento, por el monto total de S/142 471 518 545,00(CIENTO CUARENTA Y DOS MIL CUATROCIENTOSSETENTA Y UN MILLONES QUINIENTOS DIECIOCHO

DISPOSICIONES GENERALES

Articulo 3. Del alcanceLas disposiciones contenidas en el presente capitulo

son de obligatorio cumplimiento por las entidadesintegrantes de los Poderes Legislativo, Ejecutivo y Judicial;Ministerio Publico; Jurado Nacional de Elecciones; OficinaNacional de Procesos Electorales; Registro Nacionalde Identification y Estado Civil; Contraloria Generalde la Republica; Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura;Defensoria del Pueblo; Tribunal Constitucional;universidades publicas; y demas entidades y organismosque cuenten con un credito presupuestario aprobado en lapresente Ley. Asimismo, son de obligatorio cumplimientopor los gobiernos regionales y los gobiernos locales y susrespectivos organismos publicos.

Articulo 4. Acciones administrativas en laejecucion del gasto publico
