Securing Other Building-Related Permits ABOUT THE SERVICE
TYPES OF PERMITS AND REQUIREMENT(S) ELECTRICAL PERMIT This permit is required before putting up new/additional, or altering electrical installations involving at least 20 outlets or a capacity of 4 KW. For new buildings, this forms a part of the requirements for a Building Permit Application. Requirements:

Securing a Subdivision Permit
ABOUT THE SERVICE
UNDER BP 220 Subdivision Permit shall be secured prior to the development of a subdivision. This shall apply to the development of either a house and lot or a house or lot only. These rules and standards shall apply to the development of economic and socialized housing projects in the rural and urban areas.
REQUIREMENT(S) COMPLEX SUBDIVISION: I. PRELIMINARY APPROVAL AND LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE

III. APPLICATION FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF CONDOMINIUM PLAN/SUBDIVISION TOWNHOUSE
1. Every registered owner/developer shall submit two (2) sets of the following only signed and sealed by a Licensed Architect/Engineer/Geodetic Engineer a. Subdivision Plan (for townhouse, subdivision only) b. Topographic Map c. Site Development Plan d. Complete set of Plans e. Four (4) Elevations (Front, rear, left side, right side) f. Application for Approval of Memorial Park/Cemetery Plan (Preliminary / Final / Alteration)
ABOUT THE SERVICE EVERY registered owner or developer of a parcel of land who wish to convert the same into a memorial park/cemetery shall apply with the HLURB by filing the following:
A. Preliminary Development Plan 1. Vicinity Map/Location Map 2. Site Development Plan/Scheme 3. Certified True Copy of Title/Survey Plan 4. Updated Tax Declaration
B. Final Approval 1. Site Development Plan, consisting of;
a. Lay-out of roads/right-of-way b. Plot boundaries numbers, lot, land area and block numbers c. Site data, lot land area, no. of saleable plans, typical plot size, areas allocated for roads and pathways
and other facilities and amenities. 2. Engineering plan; 3. Landscaping plan; 4. Topographic plan including;
a. Property boundaries b. Streets and easements c. Ground elevation/contour of the site d. Other conditions on the land e. Proposed public improvements
5. Summary of Project Study 6. Certified True Copy of title or other evidence of ownership or intent to sell and authority to develop signed
by the owner, Tax Declaration and current Real Estate Tax receipt. 7. Clearances/permit from other agencies applicable to the project;
a. Clearance/Permit from HLURB 1) Clearance stating that the memorial park/cemetery is not located on ground where
the water table is not higher than 4.25 m below the ground surface. 2) Water permit whenever a well within the project site shall be dug 3) Permit to operate the well
b. Clearance from DAR if the site is classified as agricultural c. Permit from DPWH d. Clearance from DOH
8. Joint-affidavit of owner/developer and architect-planner/engineer-planner that the cemetery plan conforms with HLURB rules and regulations, standards or guidelines

6. Processing of application for subdivision
Endorse application for SP Resolution and Approval. After SP Approval, preparation of Certification for Endorsement to SP and City Mayor for approval. Releasing of approved plans and documents.
