LIMITED WARRANTY

The product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace at our option at no charge, a defective product, provided you return the product, shipping prepaid to Secuguard Safe Co. or to a locksmith of our choice. This warranty does not cover any transportation costs of the repaired or replacement product to or from the consumer.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product or parts.

This warranty does not apply outside Australia.

This warranty does not cover any product, or any part of any product, which has been subject to excessive use, accident, negligence, abuse or misuse, incorrect maintenance, alteration or unauthorized repairs by any persons.

Secuguard Safe Co. will not, under any circumstances, be liable to the initial consumer for any incidental, consequential, acts of God, force majeure, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the purchase or use

of any product from Secuguard Safes Co.

The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act and other state and territory laws.
