Section 4 – Crystal Light Healing Tools Crystal Light Healing (CLH) Sessions are performed using a variety of crystalline energetic tools. The tools are selected intuitively, and maybe used as physical tools or as etheric vibrations. The following is an outline of some of the PRIMARY tools used within a Crystal Light Healing Session. Laser Wands Laser wands are incredibly powerful crystals used by many ancient civilizations as tools for healing and ascension. Lasers channel electro-magnetic energy down from the higher dimensions and concentrate this vibrational flow for healing. Lasers also channel energy up from the Earth, working with Gaia’s sacred ancient wisdom and mystical ancestry. Lasers are powerful tools for stimulating/diffusing energy to/from an area, entity removed, repairing gaps in the auric field, psychic surgery and to creating vibrational fields or conscious energetic grids. It is advisable never to ‘wave’ a laser wand around aimlessly, but instead to respect the potentiated frequencies emitted from these most divine healing tools. Holding a Laser Your intuition is the best method for determining how to hold a laser wand. An individual lasers shape/etchings/notches will determine the way to hold a laser. Some lasers may feel comfortable to be held between your thumb and forefinger, others will sit in the palm of your hand, whilst others will need to be gripped by all four fingers and thumb. Programming a Laser Lemurian & Atlantean Lasers are Self-Programming. That is, they self program with every healing they have been involved with. Thus these lasers have vast amounts of information recorded in their Crystalline Matrix. (Refer to CLH I for discussion on accessing the information stored within crystals). Other lasers can be programmed in order to perform specific functions (refer to Programming Crystals in CLH I). Potentiated Energy Flow – through INTENT Universal energy flows through a laser firstly through the base, along the shaft and out through the tip. As energy moves into the base of the laser, through the shaft and out through the tip, it is your INTENT that determines just how the energy is potentiated and how the energy will flow out through the tip. Your INTENT will determine the speed of the energy flow, the amplification of the energy, the projection of the energy flow and even determine the function of the energy flow (eg whether the ‘lasered’ energy is to remove a blockage or is to be used to energise an area of the persons auric field).

Chakras Lasers are wonderful tools for balancing the Chakras - opening, energising, clearing, harmonising etc. (Refer to Part B Stages 3, 5 & 7). Remove entities/ energy attachments Discordant energies maybe be created within or attach to our auric field through our emotions, thought forms as well as perceived unpleasant events/experiences. In addition, ‘dark’ entities maybe attracted to the ‘lightness’ of our auric field or could even possibly be sent from other people, either consciously or unconsciously. A laser can be used to gently remove the darkness from the auric field and then repair or re-weave the auric field with universal cosmic light emitted through the laser. Laying of Stones Every crystal has a unique vibratory field and we can use these fields to bring balance/ harmony to any energetic disturbances within the Crystalline Matrix (CM). Use your intellect (knowledge of crystals) and intuition (heartfelt soul connection) in choosing the crystals needed in laying of stones. Crystals can be laid on or around the body in their physical, etheric, oil or powdered forms to:

• Creation of Healing Grids; • Accessing the Subtle Bodies; • Chakra Balancing in combination with Lasers; • Advanced Chakra Gridding in combination with Lasers; • Advanced Crystalline Matrix Gridding in combination with Lasers; • After a CLH Healing Session to help maintain/strengthen the new CM; • To energized, strengthen and repair the CM; • To transmute, ground and anchor the CM;

In CLH III we use the Laying of Stones with Sacred Geometry to activate and attune our 64 DNA Light Codes. In CLH IV we use the Laying of Stones (combined with sacred light language and many other Crystalline Healing Tools) to release cellular memories and embrace our full potential through the Divine Emanations – the Sacred Keys/Laws of Creation. Crystals may also be laid in ‘Grid’ formations to create a potentiated energetic effect. Crystals may also be laid on the body in a variety ways – such as Crystal Powders, Crystal Oils and Crystal Essences (refer to Essence of Angels® & CLH Level IV).

EXERCISE: Select a Laser and through conscious INTENT direct the flow of energy through the laser and into the palm of your hand. Using your INTENT, practice building energy and controlling the flow of energy into the palm of your hand. See if you can ‘feel’ the changes and shifts in energy.

Crystal Gridding - General As discussed in CLH Level I, Crystal Gridding was used by the ancients as a means of increasing energetic frequencies for healing and communicating with celestial energies. Grids are combinations of both physical and etheric crystals arranged in sacred geometric patterns. The grids harmonise with the elements, angelic frequencies, the six directions, astrological alignments, Master Crystal Energies, Devic realm and create doorways to other worlds and the higher levels of consciousness. The aim of creating a Crystal Grid, is to produce a field of energetic frequency that is potentiated to ‘greater than the sum of the parts’. That is, when crystals are gridded in a formation together, they communicate in such a way that the resultant energetic alliance is amplified to a much greater frequency than what could be achieved from using the crystals individually. The potential use of grids is endless. As you work with crystals, and begin to commune with their energies, Devas and Master Crystal Energies you will be guided to create grids for your own for healing and energy generation. These are some of the possible uses of grids/gridding:

• Clearing and protecting a space • Re-charging crystals • Dimensional travel • Inducing dream/meditative states • Channelling • Generating energy • DNA activations • Moving energy/attachments etc… • Opening chakras, increasing energies during laying of stones. • Cellular memory release • Stabilising each of the subtle bodies for energy work. • Accessing Akashic records, past/future lives etc… • At special events – to bring in energies for an occasion; • In the garden to re-connect with nature spirits; • In the home/office.

In CLH I we looked at some basic grids for your home, healing room and for sleep or meditation. In this CLH II workshop, we look at more advanced gridding for clearing and protecting your sacred space, creation of a healing grid, activating the Crystalline Merkabah and amplifying the energies in laying of stones for Crystal Light Healing. In CLH III we correlate gridding with Sacred Geometry and DNA Activation & Attunement. In CLH IV we learn about the Crystalline Grid of Creation through us.

Crystal Gridding - Chakras Whilst we will look at Crystal Gridding in more depth (refer Parts B & C), here is a short diagrammatic example of how crystals can be used in a grid to support the balancing of a Chakra. Energise a Chakra To bring energy into a chakra where it is closed, ill-flowing, tight, lack of energy flowing in both directions etc: a) Place a Crystal over the Chakra. The Chakra Crystal used

in the diagram is Malachite;

b) Grid crystals around the Chakra Crystal, ensuring crystals point inwards (if applicable). The Gridded Crystals used in the diagram are Clear Quartz Points;

c) Using your laser, encircle the Chakra Crystal and then encircle the Gridded Crystals, such that the Gridded Crystals entrain together and potentiate a high resonant energetic field with the Chakra Crystal;

d) As the energy in the Gridded Crystals builds, finally use your laser to encircle the Chakra Crystal to weave in the energies from the Gridded Crystals. As the energy potential of the entire Crystal Grid is then transferred into the Chakra, this transference hence creates a field of balance & harmony on all seven levels of the Chakra (from the Ketheric level down).

De-energise a Chakra To release energy from a chakra where it is too wide open, ill-flowing, too expanded or too much energy flowing in both directions etc: a) Place a Crystal over the Chakra. The Chakra Crystal used in

the diagram is Malachite;

b) Grid crystals around the Chakra Crystal, ensuring crystals point outwards (if applicable). The Gridded Crystals used in the diagram are Clear Quartz Points;

c) Using your laser, encircle the Chakra Crystal and then encircle the Gridded Crystals, such that the Gridded Crystals entrain together and potentiate a high resonant energetic field with the Chakra Crystal;

d) As the energy in the Gridded Crystals builds, finally use your laser to encircle the Chakra Crystal to weave in the energies from the Gridded Crystals. As the energy potential of the entire Crystal Grid is then transferred into the Chakra, this facilitates a release of energy from within the Chakra, hence creates a field of balance & harmony on all seven levels of the Chakra (from the Ketheric level down).

Pendulums Pendulums are wonderful tools for accessing your subconscious or Higher Self to seek answers. You can program (entrain) pendulums with your auric field in order to answer ‘yes’ or ‘no’ questions for decision making. Pendulums are also wonderful tools to assist in CLH healings to uncover energy disturbances, blockages, energy leakages and to determine Chakra flows etc… How to Program your Pendulum

1. Clear and Protect yourself and your environment. Ensure your pendulum is cleansed.

2. Holding your Pendulum in your hand/s and with INTENT send golden-white light

into the Crystal and set your intention to program the crystal in Divine Love for the Highest Good.

3. Hold the crystal up at your Third-Eye and ask the Crystal to show you ‘a movement

for yes’ and ‘a movement for no’. See the vibration of the words flowing from your third eye and into the crystal.

4. Dangle the Pendulum and ask it to show you a definite Yes answer

5. Dangle the Pendulum and ask it to show you a definite No answer

6. Now hold the crystal to your heart, and connect a rainbow bridge between yourself

and the crystal. Feel the vibrations of your program for Yes and No integrating with the crystals cellular matrix. Repeat this several times till you feel the integration is complete. You may ask for the help of the Guides, Angels and Councils of Light in completing the process.

7. When you feel ready, surround the crystal with golden-white light for protection.

Please note: The answers for Yes and No are specific for the particular crystal you are using and how that piece entrains with your energy field to access the wisdom from your higher self. Thus if you use other pendulums, they may give you completely different answers for Yes and No. Detail your programs for Yes & No here:

Using your Pendulum Using your pendulum for Yes / No answers:

1. Dangle your pendulum and ask your question. 2. Be careful if dangling your pendulum over your other hand, as you may pick up on

the energy of your hand chakra.

3. Allow your crystal to give you the Yes or No answer from your higher self.

4. The trick is to surrender, not think too much, but rather ask straight-forward, non-involved questions, from your heart and that are not ambiguous. TRUST the answer you get the first time.

5. If you get no answer at all, then maybe the answer is not meant to be consciously

connected with at this time for your own personal good, and for the highest good of all. Again TRUST the result gifted via the pendulum from your higher-self.

Using your Pendulum for Crystal Light Healing:

1. Start by moving the pendulum over the persons body and notice how the pendulum moves.

2. Hold it over each of the Chakra’s….are they spinning openly, or is the pendulum

stagnant ?

3. Moving around the body, any erratic movements of the pendulum will indicate energy dysfunctions.

4. When you find any problems, you can ask the pendulum to indicate what the

problem is and how to resolve it using Yes or No questions eg….Does the base chakra need opening?…Yes….Does the base chakra need more of the colour red?...Yes… etc…

Sound & Colour In our Milky Way Galaxy all LIGHT (energy) is an emanation from our Galactic Center (and the Galactic Centers of all Galaxy’s, in all directions of time and space). Light travels throughout our universe in waves and a waves rate of vibration is called its frequency. It is the light (energy) that creates the potential field of creation and gives birth to the full colour spectrum, sound and physical matter. Laying of crystals (via the use of 1st Dimensional frequencies) gives us access to the multi-dimensional world of colour, sound and vibrational frequencies for healing. We can use a laser wand to magnify/focus these frequencies, or bring in colours/sound/light language from many cosmic sources for healing or ascension work. This is discussed in more detail in CLH III and CLH IV. Programming Crystals Quartz crystals can be programmed for healing work. I often program crystals for the following:

• Clear quartz – to bring in Divine liquid light from source. • Hematite – for grounding the light body • Liquid light transmissions up and down the Hara Line • Distance Healing, DNA Attunement, • To assist with manifestation • Program a stone for the client to carry post healing session.

Programming and cleansing crystals was covered in CLH I and within this CLH II workbook under ‘Programming of Pendulums’ above. Crystal Powders The grinding of Crystals into powders for Crystal Light Healing was first used in ancient Lemuria and later adopted by the early Atlantean civilizations and then later by the ancient Egyptians. When ground, the individual crystalline pieces hold a much greater surface area hence they refract light differently in all directions of time and space in comparison to a whole piece of crystal. The grinding and application of first and second dimensional vibrations (crystals, minerals & plants) is still very much in use today – seen as the use of poultices, sacred body artwork, ceremonial body painting by indigenous peoples and mud/minerals baths. CLH Level IV covers in detail the use of Crystal Powders as tools for ascension, notably the application of:

• Hematite & Zeolite Crystal Power; • Malachite, Celadonite & Zeolite Crystal Powder; • Lapis Lazuli, Azurite & Zeolite Crystal Powder.

Crystal Vibrational Essences Crystal essences are wonderful tools for healing during a Crystal Light Healing Session, post healing sessions and for personal use within the home or office. A single drop of a particular essence can penetrate a persons Crystalline Matrix on very deep levels and facilitate profound levels of transformation. The healing potential is then maintained afterwards as the person continues to use the essences on a day to day basis as they ‘reweave’ a more permanent state of homeostasis within their energetic field. The making of Crystal Essences was covered in CLH I. In this CLH II workshop we discuss Crystalline Matrix Distance Healing Essences and then in CLH III we work with DNA Essences for attunement. You may also like to consider using the full set of 12 Essence of Angels® Vibrational Crystalline Essences to support Chakra and DNA Activation and Attunement healing. Crystals & Aromatherapy Essential oils enhance a Crystal Light Healing session as they work via a persons olfactory system and hence the limbic system of the brain – the part of the brain that amplifies a multi-dimensional field of conscious awareness. In a base of organic oil (eg sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, olive oil) usually use a 2-3% dilution (ie 20-30 drops of essential oil to every 100ml). To this mixture you may then add a physical crystal and/or a range crystal essences or crystal powders. Crystalline enhanced essential oils are wonderful to use in massage blends, to burn in a burner, as mist sprays, added to a bath, or to use directly on the chakras. The Crystal Light Healing® and Essence of Angels® range of products which include essential oils are: Chakra Oil, Holographic Oil, Goddess Oil as well as the full set of Essence of Angels Mist Sprays.
