COPPER TUBULAR BUSBAR TO FLAT CONNECTORTYPE CTF

Type CTF tube connectors provide an economical means of terminating tubular busbar.They also combine with flexible braid connections to make expansion joints between tubesin line or at right angles. Unless ordered otherwise CTF tube connectors will be suppliedwith standard length stainless steel bolts and nuts as shown in table.

Type CTP connectors are designed to connect copper tubular busbar direct to equipmentpalms drilled in accordance with AS2395 type 5, namely four holes 14 mm diameter at50mm centres. Connector components are high-copper alloy. Hardware is stainless steel.

Two connectors are required per four bolt connection.

BUSBAR SUPPORT CLAMP - TYPE CBS

Type CBS busbar support clamps are used to secure copper tubular busbar topost insulators with either 51, 76 or 127 mm PCD. They are cast in high strengthcopper alloy and supplied with stainless steel bolts and washers.Clamps are converted from clamping to sliding type simply by reversing the cap.

THREADED STUD CONNECTOR - TYPE TSC

A variable conductor stud connector which takes a wide range of conductor sizes eitherin line or at right angles to the stud. Connector body is made of high copper content alloy.

A two-piece clamp in tinned copper alloy. Lower section is tapped M16 x 2.0 thread.Upper section is drilled 18mm diameter. Both cable grooves accommodate cablesfrom 16mm² to 35mm². Clamp connection is completed by equipment threaded studlocking nut. Other thread and cable sizes can be supplied.

COPPER FLEXIBLE LAMINATED CONNECTORS– TYPE LXC

Suitable for flexible end-to-end connections between busbar and equipment terminalpalms. Connectors are made from a series of copper strips which are pre– formedin order to to allow movement during expansion of the busbar system. Drilled endsare soldered to provide a solid bolted connection. Standard finish is electro tin plate.Other sizes and shapes can be supplied to customer requirements.
