• Buddy system
• Orientation packets
• Create an official induction ceremony
• Provide immediate feedback to members
• Plan fun, interesting events and adventures that members want to participate with
• Plan your events at least three months in advance, whenever possible.
• Release quarterly calendars of upcoming events.
• Hold quarterly "Members Lock-in"
• Hold an annual or biannual members' retreat (camping, etc.)
• Join other Rotaract and/or Rotary clubs for their service events or fellowships
• Speed friending sessions
• Personally connect with as many members as you can.
• Larger clubs can employ a "family" system to encourage closer bonding
• Raffle prizes, giveaways, & Rotary trivias
