The next face-to-face EMS Advisory Council and constituent group meetings will be held on July 10-12, 2018.

Please make hotel reservations at the Caribe Royale Orlando by calling 1-800-823-8300. The deadline for reservations is June 19, 2018. The group conference rate of $149.00 is reserved under group name “CLINCON 2018 .” You must guarantee your reservation with a major credit card. Cancellation within 72-hours of arrival will result in a penalty charge equal to one night’s lodging plus taxes. Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m.
The EMS information table will be opened on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 and the Advisory Council meeting will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Meeting material will be posted on the EMS website prior to the meeting dates.
