The Open and Save options will appear at the bottom of your window. Click the DOWN ARROW next to the “Save” option.

Next, click the “Save as” option in the popup menu.

The “Save As” dialog box appears. Select the location where you wish to save this file. Make sure you remember where you saved it. Select “CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)” in the “Save as type:” dropdown. Enter the file’s name in the “File name:” box. The name will default to “WebsiteSupportExtract.csv” but it is best to give it a date that makes it separate from any of the files you download later to update your web site. You could name it “Extract-cccc-mm-dd-yyyy.csv” without the quotes (where cccc is your Council #, followed by the date). That way you know when your last update was performed. You should use what you are comfort-able with so you always know what that file is. Click the “Save” button. You have now finished extracting your Council’s Member List. When the file has been saved, you are finished with the KofC.org site. You should now proceed to STEP 2 (page 7 in this document).
