2. Amendment to Section 1 on page 5 – “GLOSSARY OF TERMS / ABBREVIATIONS”

Section 1 on page 5 of the Principal Master Prospectus under “Glossary of Terms/Abbreviations” is

amended as follows:

deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following:

Second Supplementary Master Prospectus, the Principal Master Prospectus and the First Supplementary

Master Prospectus shall remain in full force and effect and shall be read and construed and be enforceable

as if the terms of this Second Supplementary Master Prospectus was inserted therein by way of addition

or substitution as the case may be.

The Trustee and Solicitors have given and have not subsequently withdrawn their consent for the issue of
