Thus, Second Saturdays Artrageous Artwalk was born. On the second Saturday of each month from 5:30pm–8:30pm, participating galleries host art events. Residents and tourists alike can enjoy the various types of art that each gallery has to offer as well as meet the artist. A working gallery/studio for local artist Sandra Baker-Hinton whose work in painting, photography, and fused glass are shown. Sandra is also always brimming with information about the local Sea Turtles, wildlife animal rescue, butterflies, good fishing spots, and is always eager to share with visitors. The gallery has approximately 60 other mostly local artists whose work is represented by the gallery, including pottery, glass, printmaking, sculpture, and photography.

“It’s time to make art, my soul is hungry.” The Gilded Dolphin is a working art studio and gallery featuring seven artists using the space to develop their talents. We invite the community to interact with our artists and learn more about the arts. We offer children’s after school programs, watercolor, acrylic, abstract, Saturday and ongoing informal painting classes as well a “Sip and Paint by the Sea” class.
