LANDSCAPE CLEAN UP / CLOSE UP SERVICES

To our garden and landscape installation customers,

MIND|Space offers early and late season maintenance services to assist in waking up and winterizing

your garden spaces. The following menu of services will give you an idea of the types of tasks that should be performed annually to preserve the investment you’ve made in your landscape. If you’re

finding it difficult to find the time to take care of these, we’re available to assist! Once you’ve scheduled services we’ll be out at the appropriate time in spring and fall to get things prepared for the current

season. Prices listed represent a typical range of costs and will be tailored for your specific project. Of course, our standard one-year replacement guarantee on certain plant types and hardscape (stone work)

still applies if you’re one of our new customers. Refer to your agreement for specific terms.

CLEAN UP SERVICES (beginning in late March / early April) Assess winter damage and/or viability of existing plantings Clean existing beds, turn in leaves, rake lawns Spread fresh mulch, soils

Provide list of replacements, additional plants required Pruning, shrub / stump removals Early annual & perennial beds, forced bulb plantings Repair existing hardscape Seasonal pots of spring annuals Fertilize lawns

CLOSE UP SERVICES (After October 15th) Remove annuals, plant spring bulbs Top off soil levels in beds and containers

Clean up bed lines, spread fresh mulch & fallen leaves in plant beds Prune & remove trees/ shrubs as appropriate; cut back perennials as appropriate Add new woody plants Winter greening & seasonal pots Fertilize lawns Snow removal services

Costs (labor charges for a typical city lot with dumping, not including materials and plants) Up to 2 yards with perimeter beds only ........................................................................... $350 - $525.00 Stump removal, mature woody plant removal ................................................................. $350.00 and up
