I have enclosed a copy of our contract agreement and music selections sheet. Please read, complete, and sign the contract with a 50% deposit to reserve your date and time. Southern California’s Finest Professional Classical Ensembles Our group can perform any song, as long as we have the music or have access to the sheet music. However, our demo includes the most popular songs performed at weddings. I have noted which songs would be most appropriate for each part of the ceremony. I hope this will help you choose the most appropriate music for your wedding ceremony. Please check off which songs you would like for each part of the ceremony and return with the signed contract or if you need more time, you can send this form at a later date. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call. Prelude Music (15-30 minutes prior to the wedding start time per contract): We will perform a variety of classical songs that are appropriate for most weddings. Therefore, feel free to leave this part of the ceremony to our discretion. However, if you have any special requests, please indicate below. The performers will arrive 30 minutes prior to contracted time to set-up and coordinate with the event planner. 2. The performers will be dressed in formal black and white attire (men in tuxedos/women in black semi-formal). 3. We request that chairs be made available for the instrumentalists, preferably without arms. 4. The performance will consist of live music, as mutually agreed to by Seaside Strings and the client. 5. The deposit is refundable as long as written cancellation is received at least six months prior to your event date. 6. If the musicians are asked to perform longer than the above contracted time, at the discretion of the performers, an

overtime rate of $50.00 per musician will be charged for each half hour of overtime. 7. Seaside Strings is fully insured with a $2 million business liability insurance policy, which is now required by

most major hotels and event planners. 8. Weather conditions may interfere with the musicians performing outdoors. Abnormally cold weather, rain, or any

other extreme condition will require the musicians to perform indoors exclusively. 9. Please provide a canopy, umbrella, or shaded area for the musicians, as our instruments cannot be in direct

sunlight. Thank you! 10. Travel Fees: There are no additional travel fees for weddings in Orange County or Los Angeles County.

Exceptions: Travel fee of $50 per musician will be applied to weddings located in Malibu, Palm Springs, Ventura, and San Diego. Travel fee will be waived if Seaside Strings is hired for more than two hours.

11. The total fee is $_________ for _____ hours. 50% of this fee is due now as your deposit to hold your date/time and the remaining is due two weeks prior to your event. If you prefer to pay the balance on the day of the wedding/event, then we simply ask that the balance is paid in cash prior to the start of the wedding, so we do not disturb you during your cocktail hour or reception.
