es for the credit union industry at which he has addressed thousands of credit union executives, directors and employees. Sean was an employee of credit unions (specializing in business devel-opment, marketing, sales, and culture) before branching out on his own.

Some of his clients include Credit Union Nation-al Association, CUNA CPD, CUNA Councils, CUES, NAFCU, NCUA, the World Council of Credit Unions and CU Conferences, Inc.

Sean has presented for several credit union leagues and associations both in the United States and internationally and has also conducted stra-tegic planning, consulting and training sessions for dozens of individual credit unions throughout the country.

He has written extensively on many profession-al and personal growth topics and his work has been published in a variety of newspapers, trade magazines and industry publications. He has been interviewed and featured in Credit Union Times, Credit Union Journal, CU Insight, and others. His book, Stop Complaining! Start Growing! Lessons on Growing Your Business & Career, focuses on professional- and personal-growth tactics and is available on Amazon.

He is a member of the National Speaker’s As-sociation and the American Society for Training & Development. He is the Past Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Credit Union National Association’s Marketing & Business Development Council and is a contributor to various advisory boards and task forces around the industry.

In March 2008, he was the recipient of the Busi-ness Development Professional of the Year Award from the Credit Union National Association’s Marketing & Business Development Council. In August 2013, Sean was named a Trailblazer Below 40 by Credit Union Times.

A native of New Jersey, Sean now lives in King-wood, Texas, with his wife and two children.
