•  The main area in Bumi Dipasena is ponds with canals, both inlet and outlet along 1.300 km.  

•  Canals  is  the  main  transporta/on  for  shrimp  farmers  to  connect  each  other  among  villages.    

•  The  distance  between  houses  along  0,5  km.  •  Each  Shrimp  farmers  has  +  35  m²  house  and  2  ponds  (@  2000  m²).  Number  

of  ponds  in  Bumi  Dipasena  are  16.974.  Each  ponds  has  1-­‐2  tonnes  of  produc/on.  

•  To  meet  the  needs  of  water  (drinking  and  sanita/on),  each  family  has  rainwater  shelter  in  their  houses.

BELONGED  TO  THE  CONGLOMERATE  SJAMSUL  NURSALIM  WITH  A  PARTNERSHIP  SYSTEM  OF  “INTI  &  PLASMA”  (CORPORATE  &  FARMERS)  

2.   DURING   THE   MONETARY   CRISIS,   THE   “PLASMA   (DIPASENA   FARMERS)-­‐DEBT”   &   “CORPORATE-­‐ASSETS”  WERE  TAKEN  OVER  BY  THE  GOVERNMENT  (BPPN)*

5.   PT.  PPA   (CREDITOR  SEARCH  SCHEME)   IS  REVOKED  TO  “SALES   SCHEME”  SO  THAT  ON  THE  24TH  OF  MAY,  2007,   “DIPASENA  ASSETS”  &  “COLLECTING  RIGHTS”  OF  THE  FARMERS’  DEBT   IS  SOLD  TO  “CP  GROUP”  (CHAROON  PHOKPAND  INDONESIA)  WITH  A  PRICE  OF  668  BILLION  ONLY.

‘RBDD’  PROFIT  SHARING  CONCEPT  

‘RBDD’  service  began  on  June,  2012.    It  is  the  main  acovity  of  the  Bumi  Dipasena  farmers.  ➢ HBH  (Profit  Sharing  Rights):      Profit  Sharing  Rights  for  the  paroes  are  decided  on  80%,  15%,  5%,for  MA,  MP  and  M-­‐WA  respecovely.  

➢ CRU    (Business  Risk  Spare)  :  is  the  spare  funds  used  to  replace  lost  capitals  caused  by  the  culovaoon  failures.    It  is  agreed  to  be  15  %  from  the  culovaoon  funds.    

➢ INFAQ  :  is  the  funds  specialized  for  community  development.    It  is  agreed  to  be  2,5%  from  the  raw  revenue.  

➢ OPERATION  CONCEPT  :  Undergone  with  the  “Mulo  Group  Scheme”,  which  is  the  funding  acovity  that  divides  the  farmers  into  nine  (9)  groups/cycles  to  be  able  to  provide  benefits  for  the  Capital  Opomalizaoon  &  HBH  Investor  Partners  and  prevent  oversupplying.

1.   COMMUNITY  DEVELOPMENT  ➢  BUMI  DIPA  PARTNERSHIP  IS  COMMITTED  TO  BUILD  AND  EMPOWER  PEOPLE  ON  

BUMI  DIPASENA.  THIS  IS  REALIZED  THROUGH  A  COMMUNITY  DEVELOPMENT  PROGRAM  AS  AN  INTEGRAL  PART  OF  THE  BUMI  DIPA  PARTNERSHIP.  

2.   VILLAGE  DEVELOPMENT  PLAN  ➢  VILLAGE  DEVELOPMENT  PLAN  (RPK)  IS  A  STRATEGIC  PLANNING  DOCUMENT  

FOR  COMPOSING  DEVELOPMENT  PROGRAMS  ON  PURPOSE  OF  ACHIEVING  COMMON  GOALS  AND  ASPIRATIONS,  IN  ORDER  TO  IMPROVE  THE  QUALITY  OF  COMMUNITY  SOCIAL  AND  ECONOMIC  LIFE  IN  THE  VILLAGE  LEVEL  IN  15  YEARS  TERM;  WHEREAS  THIS  DEVELOPMENT  WILL  BE  CONDUCTED  IN  COLLABORATION  BETWEEN  COMMUNITY  AND  LOCAL  GOVERNMENT  AT  SUB-­‐DISTRICT  AND  VILLAGE  LEVEL.

LIMITED  CAPITAL  THE   CAPITAL   THAT  WE   ARE   CURRENTLY   IN   POSESSION   OF   IS   SEVERELY   LIMITED,  

LIMITING   THE   REACH   OF   OUR   “NEW-­‐PARTNERSHIP”   PROGRAM.   THIS   LEFT   MANY  FARMERS  WITHIN  THE  DEBT-­‐BASED  FARMING  SYSTEM,  EXPLOITED  STILL.  

UNSTABLE  PRODUCTION  AND  HARVEST  VALUES  THE  MONOPOLY  OF  PRODUCTION  GOODS  BY  THE  LARGER   INVESTORS  LED  TO  AN  

UNCONTROLLABLE  ASCENT  OF  PRODUCTION  COSTS. AT   THE   SAME   TIME,   THIS   LED   TO   A   FREEFALL  OF   HARVEST   VALUES,   LEADING   TO  

LOWER  SHRIMP  PRICES      

LONG  DRAWN  CORPORATE  LEGAL  ISSUES    CHAROEN  POKPHAND  HAS  EMPLOYED  NUMEROUS  PROLONGED  LEGAL  MEASURES  

AND  THREAT  OF  ASSET  SEIZURE    TOWARDS  THE  FARMERS,  RESULTING  IN  DECREASED  PRODUCTIVITY  AND  YIELD.  

DELAYED  DEBT  RESTRUCTURIZATION  PROCESS    OUR   FARMERS   INHERITED   ILLEGITIMATE   DEBT   TO   CREDITOR   BANKS,   STEMMING
