• Canals is the main transporta/on for shrimp farmers to connect each other among villages.
• The distance between houses along 0,5 km. • Each Shrimp farmers has + 35 m² house and 2 ponds (@ 2000 m²). Number
of ponds in Bumi Dipasena are 16.974. Each ponds has 1-‐2 tonnes of produc/on.

CHRONOLOGY 1. PREVIOUSLY, BUMI DIPASENA IS THE BIGGEST MODERN AQUACULTURE IN THE WORLD. IT
BELONGED TO THE CONGLOMERATE SJAMSUL NURSALIM WITH A PARTNERSHIP SYSTEM OF “INTI & PLASMA” (CORPORATE & FARMERS)
2. DURING THE MONETARY CRISIS, THE “PLASMA (DIPASENA FARMERS)-‐DEBT” & “CORPORATE-‐ASSETS” WERE TAKEN OVER BY THE GOVERNMENT (BPPN)*
3. BECAUSE IT IS CONSIDERED STRATEGIC, THE GOVERNMENT & DPR (SENATE) AGREED TO SUPPORT THE REVITALIZATION OF THE DIPASENA AQUACULTURE
4. TO SEEK FOR CREDITORS, A RESTRUCTURE IS CARRIED OUT: • FARMERS’ DEBT : FROM Rp1,1 TRILLION à TO Rp220 BILLION (disc. 78%) • DIPASENA ASSETS : FROM Rp19 TRILLION à TO Rp448 BILLION (54 MILLION USD). (disc. 98%)
5. PT. PPA (CREDITOR SEARCH SCHEME) IS REVOKED TO “SALES SCHEME” SO THAT ON THE 24TH OF MAY, 2007, “DIPASENA ASSETS” & “COLLECTING RIGHTS” OF THE FARMERS’ DEBT IS SOLD TO “CP GROUP” (CHAROON PHOKPAND INDONESIA) WITH A PRICE OF 668 BILLION ONLY.
6. THE CP GROUP PROMISED THE GOVERNMENT TO UNDERGO “REVITALIZATION” AND BUILD A FAIR PARTNERSHIP WITH THE FARMERS
7. BECAUSE THE REVITALIZATION & THE PARTNERSHIP IS CONSIDERED TO GO UNACCORDINGLY TO THEIR PROMISE, ON 2010, “DIPASENA-‐FARMERS” DECIDED TO SEVERE THE PARTNERSHIP WITH “CP GROUP” AND LAUNCH THE “INDEPENDENT REVITALIZATION PROGRAM”.
8. THE CP GROUP SHUT DOWN THE ELECTRICITY AND SOLD ALL OF THEIR ASSESTS TO ANOTHER PARTY, CAUSING THE DEGRADATION OF THE FARMER COMMUNITY’S ECONOMY.
9. AFTER THE MINISTRY OF FISHERY TEAM STATED THAT THE “REVITALIZATION PROGRAM” HAS FAILED, THE MINISTRY (MR FADEL MUHAMMAD’S PERIOD) SPONSORED THE FARM WITH SEEDS (AMOUNT OF RP 1 BILLION), GENSET 1,5PK (100 UNITS) & FUNDING FOR THE “P.U.M.P-‐MINAPOLITAN PROGRAM” (AMOUNT OF RP 5 BILLION).

‘RBDD’ service began on June, 2012. It is the main acovity of the Bumi Dipasena farmers. ➢ HBH (Profit Sharing Rights): Profit Sharing Rights for the paroes are decided on 80%, 15%, 5%,for MA, MP and M-‐WA respecovely.
➢ CRU (Business Risk Spare) : is the spare funds used to replace lost capitals caused by the culovaoon failures. It is agreed to be 15 % from the culovaoon funds.
➢ INFAQ : is the funds specialized for community development. It is agreed to be 2,5% from the raw revenue.
➢ OPERATION CONCEPT : Undergone with the “Mulo Group Scheme”, which is the funding acovity that divides the farmers into nine (9) groups/cycles to be able to provide benefits for the Capital Opomalizaoon & HBH Investor Partners and prevent oversupplying.

AND THREAT OF ASSET SEIZURE TOWARDS THE FARMERS, RESULTING IN DECREASED PRODUCTIVITY AND YIELD.
DELAYED DEBT RESTRUCTURIZATION PROCESS OUR FARMERS INHERITED ILLEGITIMATE DEBT TO CREDITOR BANKS, STEMMING
FROM CREDIT MANIPULATION INVOLVING THEIR PREVIOUS CORPORATE HANDLERS
