SUBJECT: CONDUCT OF THE THIRD PERIODICAL EXAMINATION

1. This Office announces the conduct of the Third Periodical Examination on January 16-17, 2020 to evaluate the learned skills and competencies intended for the third quarter_

2. All schools shall follow the schedule of the test as indicated in Attachment No. 1. Honesty and integrity in the conduct of the examination shall be ensured.

3. All schools will be monitored by the Teams as indicated in Attachment No. 2.

4. School Heads shall assign test proctors from opposite session. Thus, morning teachers will proctor afternoon classes and vice-versa.

5. Schools shall submit list of test proctors per grade level per class on or before January 9, 2020 to the Office of the CID Chief.

6. Refer to the Monitoring Sheet in Attachment No.3 to be used during the test.

7. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
