Click on the ‘Switch to new Version’ and click ‘OK’.

Each user will create his/her own version of the oil and gasedits so the permissions should be set to ‘Protected’.

Connect to SDE with your regular connection. Right-click on your SDE database connection. Click on ‘Versions’. The Version Manager Window will appear. This shows you the existing versions. You can Rename, Delete, Create a version or change it’s properties in this window.
